Refer to the Product Documentation – Always consult the product manual or documentation for instructions on the proper handling and disposal of end-of-life electronic equipment.
Use Authorized Service Providers – Ensure that repairs, refurbishment, and recycling of electronic products are carried out only by authorized service centres or certified e-waste recyclers.
Dispose Through Authorized Collection Centres – Contact HLBS Tech’s authorized e-waste collection centres or designated collection points when your electronic products reach the end of their useful life.
Recycle Electronic Products Responsibly – Deposit used electronic devices, batteries, and accessories only at authorized e-waste collection centres to ensure safe and environmentally responsible recycling.
Prepare Products for Safe Disposal – Before disposing of an electronic product, remove the battery (where applicable) and securely protect any glass components to prevent damage or injury during transportation and recycling.

Don’ts

Do Not Dismantle Electronic Products Yourself – Never attempt to disassemble electronic devices, as they may contain hazardous components that require specialized handling.
Do Not Dispose of E-Waste in Regular Bins – Never discard electronic products in bins marked with the “Do Not Dispose” or crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. These products should always be recycled through authorized collection channels.
Do Not Hand Over E-Waste to Unauthorized Recyclers – Avoid giving electronic waste to informal sectors, local scrap dealers, or unregistered waste collectors, as improper handling can pose serious environmental and health risks.
Do Not Mix E-Waste with Household Waste – Never dispose of electronic products along with regular household or municipal waste, as this can lead to landfill pollution and the release of hazardous substances into the environment.

Reverse Logistics Support
