Configuration

Important Notes

Kernel Version

To ensure optimal hardware compatibility, system stability, and access to the latest driver enhancements, we recommend using Linux Kernel version 6.1 or newer on all HLBS systems.

Secure Boot

Secure Boot is fully supported across all HLBS products, helping protect your system from unauthorized boot-time software.

UEFI Boot

Every HLBS product ships with UEFI firmware enabled, delivering faster boot times, improved system reliability, and advanced security features.

GPU Drivers

Intel integrated graphics are fully supported by the Linux kernel and typically work immediately after installation.

NVMe Storage

All HLBS systems with NVMe SSDs are fully compatible with modern Linux distributions. Linux kernel version 4.18 or newer includes native NVMe support, eliminating the need for additional storage drivers.

Network Configuration

Intel Ethernet controllers are supported out of the box through the Linux kernel's e1000e, i40e, and ice drivers.
