Recovery Guide

Download Image

Choose your product model below to download the corresponding factory recovery image (.ISO).

Create Bootable USB

Use a trusted utility such as Rufus (Windows) or Balena Etcher (Windows, macOS, and Linux) to create a bootable USB drive.

Boot from USB

Connect the bootable USB drive, restart your computer, and press F12 or F11 during startup to open the Boot Menu.

Follow Recovery Wizard

Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the recovery wizard to restore your HLBS system to its original factory configuration.

Important Warning

Restoring a recovery image will erase all data on the system drive. Please back up all important files before proceeding.
